Is there an incorrect delivery by Euronorm?
If Euronorm has delivered a wrong product, it will be repaired free of charge as soon as possible.

Your request is to return a product that has been correctly delivered by Euronorm. This could be due to various reasons, such as no longer needing the product or discovering that different specifications are necessary.

Is your product a JRT series gear unit (motor gearboxes), JRES (stainless steel drives), JRP (planetary gearboxes) or is your product coated?

Your product cannot be returned because it was made specifically for you. For further questions, please contact Euronorm customer service via info@euronorm.nl
NO
Your product can be returned if it comes directly from our stock and has not undergone any further modifications. Upon return, you will receive 75% of the purchase amount back provided the following conditions are with:
- The product is undamaged and in its original condition with no modifications made.
- The product was returned to us free of charge.
- The return shipment includes a return slip, which you will receive from us after your return request has been assessed.
